Scheduling and Rates
All service appointments are scheduled based on availability. Rates provided are starting rates and may vary depending on the size, condition, or specific requirements of the property. Final pricing will be confirmed prior to service. Sister Services reserves the right to adjust rates at any time to reflect updated service costs or additional requests.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future booking eligibility.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure all service appointments. For services totaling $500 or more, a deposit equal to 25% of the total service cost is required. Deposits are applied toward the final balance and must be paid at the time of booking to confirm the appointment. Failure to provide the deposit within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking.
